Hagen Software reserves all rights to these patent-pending systems, and companies or individuals that illegally attempt to copy these features or otherwise violate our legal rights will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You may not reverse engineer this software, redistribute this software in whole or any part thereof, or use any part of the source code contained within this software to create derivative works, without the prior express written consent of Hagen Software. Nor may you remove any of the copyright notices contained either within the source code or on the HTML pages generated by the software. Doing so constitutes a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment. We prosecute all violators via both civil legal actions and in cooperation with U.S. and international criminal authorities.

Reporting Abuse

If you wish to report unlawful usage of Hagen Hosting by other individuals or entities, please e-mail us at . In the cases of spamming or network attacks please include the full mail headers or text log files. Please do not send attachments, as they will not be processed. Log files must include a note with the timezone of the logs and accuracy of the timestamps (Log files from machines that are not time synchronised are virtually useless. Please see NTP.org for details on time synchronisation).
